GO BIG

While most Americans struggle to lose weight, there is a large group of men and women who battle continuously with the opposite — gaining weight.

These warriors, often called hard gainers, work every day to consume enough calories in hopes that their efforts will be seen on the scale. To the majority of us, this sounds like a good problem to have, right?

The problem is being a hard gainer can be discouraging. Imagine you need to gain 10 pounds for a specific sport, require more weight for an acting job or simply want to gain size to impress the girl of your dreams, but no matter how much you eat or how many meals you consume the efforts are in vain — the weight stays the same. You decide to stroll into a supplement store and you read the labels of products that promise quick size and strength gains. A few minutes later you spend hundreds of dollars on these products, but after weeks of continual use the weight stands still. The common feeling of failure that hard gainers experience begins to sink in and it’s hard to imagine if anything will work.

However, this is where Max Muscle Sports Nutrition can help. Our stores contain an educated staff that teaches people the specific nutrients each individual needs through nutrition and supplementation to get results. Every day Max Muscle puts these hard gainers on the right track to gain not only weight but muscle.

Take Julian Sarale, a basketball player in high school who was always thin. When he graduated at 17 he was 155 pounds and could barely bench 85 pounds and, simply put, he wanted to gain weight, get stronger and feel better. He was tired of being skinny, and needed to see results for the sake of his confidence. Now Julian weighs 185 pounds and can rack 225 pounds on the bench with ease. He gained 30 pounds in a year by following the right advice and, with a little help from the most advanced supplements on the market, Julian created his own Max Muscle stack that worked synergistically with his efforts inside the gym.

Those of us who know Julian can honestly say he doesn’t miss meals, and doesn’t skip workouts. He worked for what he gained and it all starts with protein. Yes, this simple macronutrient that is found in various foods is absolutely essential for any hard gainer. Julian understood that and by constantly consuming protein rich meals he was keeping his body in a continual state of muscle gain and repair.

Some hard gainers don’t understand that frequency is just as important as the gram amount. Instead of eating 200g of protein in three meals, where it’s highly unlikely to get digest that much, you can consume that same 200g in six meals. This way you drastically increase how much protein is being digested, which leads to better, more efficient results. Julian preferred Triple Whey and Max Gourmet Gainer, both excellent sources of high quality protein. Triple Whey is a powerful protein formulation featuring 26g of multi-sourced whey protein, L-Glycine and digestive enzymes that Julian added to breakfast, lunch or dinner. He used Max Gourmet Gainer as his preferred meal replacement to provide his body with a quick 471 calories, including 35g of protein.

Hopefully every hard gainer knows about the power of the green monsters, Max Nitro, and its ability to improve the delivery of nutrients to muscles. Max Nitro is a supercharged NO (Nitric Oxide) formula to increase blood flow and deliver a highly sustainable muscle pump that increases muscle recovery and growth and like Julian did, you will feel the pump from day one. He took three tablets 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch and Max Nitro did the rest. His workout times increased, strength shot up like a cannon and more importantly, Max Nitro aided his body in using more of the protein that he was worked so hard to consume.

Julian knew that no stack is complete without a multivitamin, and because he wanted to get the best results, he didn’t use a cheap one-a-day. Every day Julian used Max Ultra 100 to provide to his body with more than 100 nutrients. This one-ounce shot provided vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, CoQ10, grape seed extract and tons more.

What is quickly becoming the standard in pre and post-workout supplementation; Full Blown Extreme and Max ARM pack a one-two powerful punch. Thirty minutes before each workout, Julian took one serving of Full Blown Extreme and he trained longer because of the energy and focus complex, he was stronger thanks to the volumizing matrix that features Kre-Alkalyn and his intensity grew with each rep as the synergistic intensity complex took over. Julian then used Max ARM post-workout to shuttle all the necessary nutrients into his muscles. When we workout, we are tearing our muscles down and require the fast and efficient nutrients in Max ARM for optimal recovery time.

Every hard gainer must understand there is no pill and no powder that will “instantly” put on weight. Just like everything else in life, it takes work. But anyone can get the results Julian did if they put in the time and effort. Max Muscle stores stand alone as the place for great information and the best products on the market. We give our customers solutions. MS&F
